Conditions

1. Prices and payment

  • All prices in the store are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and including VAT.
  • In case of price changes, the price that is relevant at the time of ordering applies.
  • You can pay for your purchase by debit or credit card.

2. Order confirmation

  • An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
  • The order number of the confirmation must always be provided when contacting Liljevalchs regarding your order.

3. Delivery

  • Ordered goods are delivered to a postal agent based on the address provided at the time of order. Delivery time is estimated at 5-7 working days. During holiday periods the delivery time is usually a little longer.
  • Liljevalchs cooperates with PostNord for shipping and delivery of ordered goods.
  • Liljevalchs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
  • If your ordered item is sold out or listed with us, we reserve the right to cancel your order while we inform you of the current inventory status by email.

4. Shipping 

  • When ordering goods, you pay a fixed shipping cost of 95 SEK per order.
  • Goods ordered in Liljevalch's online store are only delivered within Sweden.
  • If you need to ship goods to other countries, please contact us at butiken@liljevalchs.se  

5. Unclaimed package

  • Liljevalchs reserves the right to charge a minimum of SEK 350 for unclaimed packages to cover additional shipping and handling costs. Liljevalchs invoices the above amount where payment must be made within 14 days from the billing date

6. Amendment and cancellation of order

  • Contact us by email as soon as possible, if you want to change anything in your order. If the package is not already sent, we will try to resolve your request for change.
  • You can cancel your order as long as it is not shipped from us. Please contact us immediately by email if you wish to cancel your order.

7. Right of withdrawal/open purchase/exchange right

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange goods within a period of 14 days after receiving your package. Then you can use Liljevalch's "Ånger form". Click here to download the withdrawal form.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you want to exchange or cancel your purchase.
  • Please note that exchange/open purchase does not apply when you buy from our sales range.
  • Always contact Liljevalchs on butiken@liljevalchs.se before returning your goods. Then we will send you a return note that you can use to return the item.
  • The product and packaging should be in the unaltered state if you regret your purchase or want to change your item.
  • Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date Liljevalchs has recovered the returned item.
  • You can also leave the item in the store if you regret your purchase or want to change the item.

8. Complaint

  • Liljevalchs follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines regarding complaints. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint and do not include, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear or handling errors.
  • Always contact Liljevalchs on butiken@liljevalchs.se before returning your goods. Photograph or film what you want to complain about and this will make our handling easier.
  • To make a complaint about the shipping, we also need pictures of the damaged item and the damaged package. Liljevalchs will send you new goods free of charge as soon as we have approved the shipping damage.
  • You can also claim your item in the store.  
  • Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date Liljevalchs has recovered the returned item.

9. Copyright and cookies

  • All images and illustrations in Liljevalch's online store are protected by copyright and may not be used in any other context without written permission.
  • This website uses cookies but does not store any personal information. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit a website. The next time you visit the website, your browser can use it to view the pages according to your settings. If you do not want to allow cookies to be stored on your computer and choose to turn off the feature, the shop will not be displayed correctly and you will unfortunately not be able to shop with us.

10. Information

  • To shop in Liljevalch's online store, you must be 18 years old. Otherwise, parental consent is needed to act. Orders placed in the name of another person without consent or otherwise cause us to suffer financial or other damage are reported to the police.
  • We try to convey as fair and informative images of our products as possible, but we reserve printing errors, errors in information and errors in the specification of all of our products and services. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations and we cannot guarantee that images reflect the exact appearance of goods.

11. Processing of personal data

  • Liljevalchs saves your personal data in order to manage your purchase.
