Welcome to Liljevalch's new creative workshop where children and young people are in focus! Here you have the opportunity to get extra close to art and artists through programs developed in collaboration with professional artists. In addition to an open workshop, we also invite schools to take part in our activities in groups.
The program in the creative workshop is always based on your own creation. It is you who are young, and your thoughts and ideas that are important, and here you can test your form through new materials and expressions!
The Creators' Workshop will take place in several places in the Kunsthalle, and at different times. During the year, the artists Cecilia Ömalm and Shiva Anoushirvani will be among the guests, and on some occasions they will also be present in the workshop. On the other days, the creative workshop is led by the art center's educational staff and hosts - all practicing artists themselves.
Do you want to join in and create? All children and young people who visit the art gallery are welcome on drop-in Saturdays and Sundays at 12-16 during March and April (not Sunday 20/4), and the Easter holiday week Wednesday-Saturday at 12-16. Start every hour! Schools can book an appointment here.
