Schools

Here you’ll find all of our activities and programmes for schools. We offer guided tours for elementary and upper seconday schools, adapting the visit to the group’s age and needs. We also have an Art Lab open during parts of the year, where school classes can book a visit.

Guided tours for schools

At Liljevalchs, there are always exciting exhibitions to discover. Book a guided tour and give your pupils the chance to get more acquainted with the art up close. A guided tour will provide both insight in artistic expressions, and initiate discussions on current issues. The tours are adapted to the age and needs of the group, which makes them relevant and inspiring for everyone.

Book a visit in the Art Lab

School classes are welcome to book a visit in our Art Lab! We look at some art works in the exhibition and proceed to the Art Lab for individual creation. During the fall, we work with the theme of birds, which we’ll approach with different materials and techniques.

Visit the exhibitions on your own

Schools are welcome to visit the exhibitions without a guide – as long as you let us know and make an appointment. Since we have many guided tours, we need to plan all our group visits in advance to make sure that everyone gets the best possible experience.
