Art Lab: Masks

Welcome to our Art Lab where you can make your own mask with inspiration from Ylva Snöfrid’s exhibition The House of the Muses.

The mask is a recurring element in Ylva Snöfrid’s practice, and is often used as a part of her rituals. In our Art Lab, you get a chance to create your own mask. Who are you, and who would you like to be?

When the Art Lab is activated, you will also get a chance to perform the Exquisite Corpse ritual, which is one of the 34 rituals in the exhibition.

Date and time:
Open for drop-in visits from 11 am to 5 pm on the following days:
Every Saturday through January 10
Every Sunday from November 15 through January 10, as well as October 11 and 25

Additional opening hours during the autumn break: October 29–November 1
Additional opening hours during the Christmas holidays: December 29–30 and January 5–6

Booking information::
For all ages. No pre-booking required, first come first served. Limited number of spots. If the Art Lab is at capacity, you will be offered a queue slot and can wait for your turn.

Price:
A visit to the Art Lab is free of charge. As an adult, you also get free admission to the exhibition when visiting the Art Lab with a child aged 0-17 (valid for one person per child). Tell the staff in the front desk that you will visit the Art Lab.
