Experience art with both body and mind. In collaboration with Hale, Liljevalchs invites you to a guided breathwork session held in conjunction with Ylva Snöfrid’s exhibition The House of the Muses.
The experience begins with a brief guided tour of the exhibition. In The House of the Muses Ylva Snöfrid explores themes of presence, consciousness, and creativity, allowing art to become a space for both external and internal experiences. Taking the exhibition as a starting point, we then move into a guided breathwork session led by Hale.
Breathwork is a practice in which conscious, guided breathing is used to influence our physical and mental state. During the session, you will have the opportunity to slow down, settle into your body and turn your attention inward – as a way of deepening your encounter with both the art and yourself.
No previous experience is required. The program is held in English. Limited capacity. Prepurchase your ticket to ensure your spot. The ticket is also valid as an entrance to the exhibition.
Founded in Stockholm in 2019, Hale makes breathwork practical, science-based and adapted to everyday life.
