Main entrance

Djurgårdsvägen 60, Djurgården. Accessible entrance. Here, mobility services, taxis and private cars can drop off passengers.

Falkenbergsgatan 3, Djurgården.

Parking

Accessible parking is located opposite the Gröna Lund parking lot. You can find more parking spots by Nordiska Museet and Cirkus, although often in a limited number. Please think car-smart and use public transport if you can!

The Liljevalchs shop

Our shop has the same opening hours as the rest of Liljevalchs. We have a number of products available for purchase here on our website and in our shop at Djurgården.

Café and restaurant

The traditional and beloved Blå Porten has reopened after their renovation, with both in- and outdoor seating. In the entrance of Liljevalchs you can find Blå+ with a vegetarian menu.

Shop

Here you can find Liljevalchs’ own products, such as catalogues, art puzzles and napkins. Many of the artists in Vårsalongen sell postcards and other objects.

Food and drinks

The beloved and traditional restaurant Blå Porten is open in a newly renovated state, with both in- and outside seating. Inside Liljevalchs+ you can find the new Blå+ with a vegetarian menu.

Group visits and guided tours

Cloakroom and toilets

An unattended cloakroom with lockers is located downstairs, where there are also several toilets. You can find accessible toilets on each floor.
The floor in the art space is fragile and it is therefore not permitted to wear shoe studs or use walking sticks inside. Please lock the shoe studs and walking sticks in the lockers. If you wear studded shoes – bring another pair without studs to change into!

Accessibility

All visitors can use Liljevalchs’ main entrance which has a ramp adapted for a wheelchair, or the entrance by Liljevalchs+ located at Falkenbergsgatan 3.
Here we have gathered all the information about accessibility in the art space.

• Mobility service and taxi should stop in front of the main entrance, the nearest way in for all visitors.
• Main entrance with a wheelchair ramp. The entrance by Liljevalchs+ is located directly on the street without any thresholds.
• Toilets (4 pcs) for visitors with reduced mobility – one on the entry level and one on the ground floor. Applies to both the old and the new building.
• Elevator with a door opener between the two floors in the art space. 305×105 cm, width 110 cm. In Liljevalchs+, there is an elevator with automatic doors between all floors.
• Marked steps in the staircases
• Hearing system for guided tours and presentations, including both headphones and options for hearing loops.
• Handrail
• Wheelchair is available to borrow
• Folding stools are available to borrow
• No thresholds between the exhibition halls
• Personal guide in the form of our art host

Allergies and strong odours
Usually we don’t have any plants in the old building, but on exhibition openings there may be flowers in the entrance. In the new building, there is a shop where plants and scents from soap may be present. Any enquiries? Please call: tel 08-508 31 330.
Dogs, cats or other pets are not permitted at Liljevalchs.
